"I use my d2 Quadra with my new iMac, which runs OS X 10.5.3. I have Time Machine set-up to backup my entire iMac, but I exclude my Aperture Library. For my Aperture Library, I use the Vault feature inside of Aperture. I don't use any of the LaCie software that came with the d2 Quadra. "I am a pro photographer. I have used LaCie hard drives in the passed with success. I bought this drive expecting the same kind of service and performance. I was disappointed.
