"Purchased this item in September. It was dropped ship from company, so it took about 5 days to come from the company. Package arrived in good shape and the box/contents were all there and in new condition.
Installation was easy if you have a basic understanding of installing pci cards on your pc.

"The price is a bit much compared to comparable products out there. Also, this DOES NOT have 8 audio channels as advertised!!! I purchased this specifically for the 8 audio channels. Tiger Direct said it was not their problem. No compensation.
