"I received this product (as always, fast from Tiger), put it in my computer and wow it did work right away, :0) and software is simple. The only problem I have is that when I try to record my home made videos from VHS to Digital it is always saying that it is copyrighted material :( Again, it's my own home videos and I didn't put copyrights on it. "I am on the road a lot in rural areas. The stick performed great in areas where the signal was strong. If you are going to be out in the boonies I suggest you get a long coax and put your antenna on the roof. The stick gets really hot so be cautious about what you set up next to.
