"Kodak 100VS is less contrasty than either either Fuji Velvia 50 (RVP) or Velvia 100 Professional (RVP 100), so is a better choice for mid-morning through mid-afternoon photography where high color saturation is required because shadows won't block up nearly as much as either Velvia.
