SV-811 Digital Picture Frame

"Displays jpg photos beautifully, but it won't play png files as advertised. Also, it won't play avi or mov files UNLESS they came from a digital camera. (What is the difference?) I thought an avi was an avi and an mov was an mov. SILLY ME! I wanted to return it, but I guess it was my fault for not knowing more about file types. Why won't it play png though?
