"I bought this frame new, but received a reconditioned frame (said so right on the outside of the box). This frame was supposed to come with a free 1 G memory stick. I received a 512 MB memory stick instead. Also, and most importantly, this frame DOES NOT have internal memory, therefore to view the pictures, the memory stick must be plugged into the frame (and it sticks out).
