"I originally wanted to replace my 2 year old Alpine with another that's HD Radio featured. I drive all around Atlanta all day and wanted HD Radio for my favorite AM station that's hard to pickup outside the perimeter. The Best Buy girl in the Buford store suggested I get the JVC. "I bought this radio after a long search for a replacement deck for my stock stereo ('99 Tahoe). I was not on a "big budget" but had alot of options in my range. I had narrowed it down to two decks, This one and a SONY, the JVC has HD built in but no USB, the Sony had USB but no HD and cost $40 more.
