"All previous cell phone car chargers have not lasted more than a couple months. The connector (USB-style) at the phone always wears out from the repitition of plugging in and out. "I have had one of these for about 6 months. I have used it 3 times. The thing dies the 4th time I plug it in. It was stored in the glove box by itself. I have checked the fuse like the directions say and it is good. I have searched the web for the manufacturer to complain and they are not to be found. "This was a great find, verus buying another charger through Motorola or Sprint. Its awesome too because the head is adjustable, so you can adjust it to fit the space where your plugin is located. Also, the light changes to blue when it's plugged in and charging, so you know it's connected. "

"Powers on my phone and allows me to make calls when plugged in. However, does not charge my cell battery. Charged phone on 4 hour roadtrip only to find out it was completely dead when trying to make a call unplugged. Useless junk. "

"Bought this for my new cellphone. First, after about 1 1/2 months, the end that plugs into the cigarette lighter in the car broke. I was able to (just barely) fix that. Two weeks later, the part that plugs into the phone itself broke. That was enough. Don't bother with this hunk of junk. "
