Clock resets Sun/Wed so alarm not usable

"Clock resets on Sun/Wed. during night so alarm won't work on Mon and Thurs mornings. Returned for second clock and has the same problem. Flyer says firmware upgradable, but no firmware upgrade is available on Jensen's web site. "
