"The burner is light and easy to carry with my laptop and the product is a good buy, but in all honesty, I had a few problems. The biggest problem has been with nero though, and not the burner. The biggest problem is that when I finished my video and plugged in the burner, the computer could not find the hardware and that while troubleshooting showed that the burner was functioning properly, nero could not find..."
