"Even though it outputs 1080i or 720p through HDMI port or component, it DOES NOT read any Hi-Def format! It reads a lousy standard def format and upscale to HD. Thus, the final image is full of noise and artifacts. If you want to watch any nice HD pictures (real 1080 or 720) don't even consider it! I guess it works fine for SD users, but its not my case, and I felt really disappointed...." Read Full Review »

"Eventually all TVs will ship with USB ports. Forget about DVD and BluRay. This is the future paradigm. The product has undocumented features, like VIDEO_TS support. I bought two as gifts and paired them with USB-powered hard drives and gave two friends hundreds of hours of video. "
