"I bought this for my 6 year old daughter for xmas from santa and she has not been able to use it. I have tried downloading music on it and it only plays 10 seconds of each song and thats it. "I bought this for my 5yr old little girl. It is very easy to download music for the not so computer savy. My 5yr old has no problem working the music portion of the MP3 player. We have not taught her to use any of the other features but the they seem easy to use as well. Great product for the price. "
