"The "Goose Neck" design would be perfect - if it worked!!! The picture is deceiving - as if you can bend the ipod securely out of the way. NOT TRUE! No matter what you do, the "goose neck", within SECONDS, springs back into it's straightest position - which is STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN!
