"I bought these to compliment a new TV along with an Insignia 5.1 channel receiver. The satellite speakers are compact and can be placed or mounted with ease (they have a keyhole on the back). "I got this speaker set for 139.99. Got home and set them up to my insignia 5.1 receiver that was only one year old. The next day i was playing some xbox when the speakers began to spark and then the receiver blow up. They destroyed my reciever in less then a day.
