"Considering the low price, this camcorder does an acceptable job with videos and even provides a passable still image in a pinch. As with any similar device, you'll need to spend a little time getting used to the various buttons and functions. "I bought this for my parents so they can have a cheap video camera for their vacation. For the price, this is a slightly above average camera that provides decent image quality in bright sunlight, but images appear 'flat' and color quality is so-so.
