"We first bought a different insignia system- it was a little cheaper. I bought it at the "Black Friday Sale" after Thanksgiving. By the time January hit, it was broken, we took it in, got another one, and it worked for about 4 months, then it stopped working. By this time we decided to "upgrade" to this system.
