"I've had to send one back, so I've had two of these. Both came extremely wrinkled, and the frame had an extremely pronounced warp to it. I spent several hours of tedium with a steamer to get the wrinkles out. The warp improved after both getting the wrinkles out and letting it hang for several days. …" Read Full Review »

"I've been using this for baby portraits and some individuals. I've seen some complaints about wrinkles. I found an easy fix for them. "Great product - easy to open up, and use for photos. It is pretty hard to fogure out how to fold it up to go back into the storage bag. Maybe I am a dunce. "
