"I gave some rolls of this to my beginning students at my FREE photography classes and the students aged 7 through 12 used the film easily.

I gave each student my old Pentax and a roll of film and asked them to take photos of something they had never taken photos of. We developed the film together a …"  Read Full Review »

"Ilford Delta 100 is a modern T-grain emulsion and is similar to others of this type. It produces a very sharp, contrasty image. (Of course, your results may vary depending on how you develop it.) The contrasty appearance is somewhat at the expense of mid-tones. With an orange or red filter, contrast …"  Read Full Review »

"I am a Fine Arts major with a concentration in Photography and i would use no other 100 speed film besides ilford. ilford is not only the best film but it allows me to enlarge pictures larger than 8x10 and it stays sharp and clear and it doesnt become foggy and fuzzy. Also if you like contrast, i …"  Read Full Review »

"This film has a very fine, and almost un-noticable grain. It produces images that have nice tonality, although there does seem to be a good deal of contrast between the highlights and shadows.

The images have a very "artistic" feel to them, and this seems like a nice film for sun-lit portraits. "

"This film can be developed in B&W chemicals rather than color chemicals. It's very sharp and prints grain-less 8x10s. Not as sharp as Ilford's 50, but it does the trick. This film is great and just about all I use for day shooting. "
