"I like the computer but I am unhappy with the setup. When I got it the USB ports had not been reset from when the Windows had been reset. Also when I close the computer it goes into sleep mode and I can't get it out so I have to turn it off, I also can't let it go into sleep mode, I had to turn that feature off.
