Very Happy w/this Drive

"Great for burning videos and backing up movies. I was worried a little about the brand name, researched and found out I/O Magic is a repacking company and their drives are name brand. Took mine out of the box and the label on the drive is LG Electronics. Installed on XP Home w/no problems. Software that comes w/it is Nero 30 trial...." Read Full Review »

Bad experience with IO-Magic CD/DVD

"Installing the physical drive was relatively easy. However, the lack of good software was a major problem. The unit did not come with any drivers, preferring to use generic ones. The Nero software would only allow me to read at any density. I could read/play a DVD but had no sound. I could not copy a music cd. I finally found some freeware stuff on the internet.
