"I got it as part of a HP package deal. I went with the 17" because of a need for it to be small to fit in my computer desk that I can close the doors to. The problem is that it sits towards the back of the desk and a 17" widescreen isn't the same size as a 17" fullscreen. The widescreen is shorter. It would strain my eyes after a while.
