The box it came in was in excellent condition. A relative called and was told that she needed to send it back and they would fix or repair the one she had when they could get to it. "Be warned, this computer has an obvious defect and HP says that they will not repair it.
THe AC adapter on the machine does not fit into the computer completely. About a half centimeter of the pin remains exposed.
