Keys soft + laptop heavy, all else ok

"I replaced another HP laptop with this one after my hard drive crashed. I have always like HPs for their reliability and performance and heartily recommend them. This new laptop also lived up to my expectations in terms of speed, reliability, ease of keyboard layout, and overall performance.
