"My first experience with an HP and I must say I am very pleased with this Laptop after just one week's use. Horrible - returned for refund

"I purchased this computer mainly for web surfing, and watching onine videos and dvd's. Within just hours of unboxing it, I had to call HP Tech Support for several issues (not a good sign!). It was freezing up during online videos, the sound would suddenly not work, the dvd player was making loud, clunky noises, and it was even shutting off because of overheating.
