So I wasnt expecting any mayor difference in sound or voice quality than the previous model, which happened to be very good. "I am a huge fan of HP products and have been a loyal customer for over 5yrs. I had no problem getting sold on this headset. It performs beautifully, and fits great. Being able to fold it up is also very neat and saves space. Everything is perfect about this headset except with mobility and storage.
