"I didn't even bother to power this laptop on. The charger was scratched and old looking. The laptop was dirty & dusty. Part of the rubber left mouse button was missing as if it has been scrapped or dug off with something sharp. This is not what is usualy referred to as refurbished. It appears to be quite used...." "I ordered a refurbished HP from Overstock, and aside from minor wear on certain keys and a few scratches on the lid, it's a good deal. To anyone comparing laptops, HP has a really nice keyboard and touchpad - way better than my husband's Dell! It wasn't a smokin' deal, but definitely worthwhile. "
