"I expected from this eyepiece so much but I am really dissapointed. Is is more clever and even cheeper to buy nikon original eyecup with ambient light blocking. I just lost this thing during one photoshoot. somehow it unscrewed... "

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
