It just doesn't work.

"Tried it with multiple hardware setups and multiple operating systems. One out of every two print jobs simply hangs up, and I have to delete the job, disconnect the cable and reconnect it, and print it again.

In other words, it just doesn't do what it's supposed to, failing half the time.
