I've reprogrammed it probably five or six times over the past year of ownership; most recently, though, it just stopped working with the RF extender which is what I need most in my home system as most of my components are behind a cabinet door. "I had this remote for a few months before it stopped functioning; Logitech replaced it with a refurbished unit and wouldn't support it after it stopped being programmable a few months later. Apparently refurbs are only covered for 90 days or so. After that they want you to pay for support.
