"This box rocks! It works well with 'Fooshing the Falsh" and bouncing light around walls, ceilings etc. The square diffuser system lights up frontally and by bouncing off walls.

The box fits snug around flash head. Never once fell off. Lighting was very soft. A must buy for wedding photographers. "
