"This product does exactly what it's supposed to: connect an XLR microphone to your computer's 1/8 jack (sound card) or any other connector that requires an 1/8 input (for example, the iMic, which is also awesome). I've had no problems with it. "

"I'm surprised I've been unable to find a similar cord elsewhere. The signal through the cable/preamp/mic is very clean. Good product, feels durable like it will last for many recordings unlike other cheap mic plug adapters. "
