"I purchased one for my van and one for my daughter's Honda Accord. It works pretty good in my van and poorly in the Accord. In my van the AM/FM radio's antenna is in the front windshield directly above the FM transmitter. In fact the closer the transmitter is to the windshield, the less noise I hear.
