"This is a great little sing-a-long item for kids. Well made to stand up to them. The only thing I didn't like was, you couldn't use the microphone with out a CD in the player. Most kids just like to hear their own voice. I was able to take care of that problem though by putting a blank CD in the player. My son also enjoys using this when he reads to the family...." "I was hoping we could use an adaptor to plug in the CD player so that we wouldn't have to spend so much on batteries but it seems to cost about the same price as the CD player to purchase the proper adaptor. That makes the whole toy alot more expensive! I tried to find a way to contact the Manufacturer (Goldman Electronics) but they do not provide any customer service information in their directions...." "My four year old likes this item, but the CDs are hard to put in and stay in since they do not go in horizontally.
