"Got this headset from R.S. last week. Price was great. I needed a good headset to use on lowratevoip so i can call my fiance in Africa. Installation was easy, its plug and play. I had a problem using it in the beginning. After talking for about 10 minutes, it will automaticly mute on me, i tried to unmute it but nothing happened. Then i will have to unplug it and call back. "I bought the product to use with Skype and you just plug it in to the computer and go. The sound quality is great, as all my friends said I sound clear and understandable... better than the cell phone. However, the headset rests on your ears. "I've gone through 3 of these headsets and I ONLY used it to talk through SKYPE and listen to music. I didn't abuse it whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I've been pretty cautious in taking care of it yet each one that I've owned managed to break within a two - three month period.
