"I'm not sure if it's just me having big ears or somthing, but the padding on it isn't enough to keep the pressure of the headset from smashing my ears. Whenever i wear it for too long, I can't move the headset on my right ear without it being slightly painful. all together, greatly built minus the padding, and excellent sound and microphone quality. "Ok here we go. I got one of these at my work (RadioShack), brought it home, hooked it up, everything was going fine. There are no drivers for these headphones! What!?
