Does not work

"Simple to install, however this plug-&-play device has no drivers, so my Windows XP SP3 wont recognize it and shows its connection as an error. CD installs 3 software uses... however, out of ALL the instructions, this is their trouble shooting advice: (this sentence) "If your webcam does not work properly, restart your computer." gee.. ater 2 days and a dozen restarts, still does not work and says the WEBCAM I..." "I got one of these for my birthday, it worked fine for me but I bought one for my sister and it was nothing but problems. It would not work when we made video calls on Skype but every diagnostic we ran for it was free and clear. She had to return it for a pricier model. "
