"The threads are poorly cut and I don't have any confidence in using it. The threads I'm trying to tie it into are Canon (72mm) and B+W (77mm) so neither of them are likely to be to blame. This step-up ring only goes to prove that you will always get what you pay for......" Read Full Review »

"Seems a bit poorly made but that's just a gut reaction. It does what it is supposed to. It has never failed on me nor have I had issues with it. I just seems a bit light in construction. "

"I GOT THIS RING TO SAVE HAULING ALL THOSE FILTERS
AROUND. BUT BE CAREFUL, THE THREADS ARE EASILY
DAMAGED. THE RING I GOT HAD SLIGHTLY FLATTENED THREADS. HAD TO CLEAN IT UP WITH A VERY SMALL FILE. DON'T INSTALL IT WITHOUT CHECKING BOTH SETS
OF THREADS CAREFULLY.

"It's a step up ring, so it doesn't need to do much. My only complaint is that screwing it in, the filters feel, well, dry. It's kind of like fingernails on a chalkboard. "
