Includes Analog Audio to Digitial Audio Converter and 5V power supply

"I bought this D/A to use with a HDTV that had only an optical digital audio out TOSLINK connector. It worked great for analog and digital cable TV channels. But any time I tuned to a HD TV channel or to the HDMI-input DISH receiver there would be no analog signal out.
