Doesn't work with Tivo

"We bought this for our Tivo since our phone line is far away from the tv. When the adaptor is working the light is green, meaning it is ready and working. Well whenever tivo goes to connect the light turns red, so it won't allow tivo to connect. We have tried for several months and it still doesn't work. "This only worked for a few days. We had it connected to a satellite and didn't realize it wasn't working until we were charged by DISH for not having a pohone line. Out of warranty by then. What a joke. Save yourself the worry and call the phone company. "
