"The cord is perfect for a phone that is used for everyday calls, but not necessarily for a phone that receives extensive use on a consistent basis. the clarity is moderate, but not outstanding. Not very pliable

"This cord got all squirrely within a week. The coils did not spring back to life, instead it became elongated and twisted around itself. It's not like the old phone lines which you could pull and would spring back to its original coiled shape, even after being pulled. I think I kept it for three weeks before I simply threw it away.
