"Nice machine, great features, great price. However, several keys began to malfunction just 2 weeks after I received it. Tried online support, and Gateway didnt recognize the serial. So, after explaining the problem, they wanted $199 for me to send it in and get it fixed. Luckily, this site backed their 30-day guarantee and got my RMA processed quickly.
