"I had two major problems: 1) I was unable to load music from CDs into iTunes. The DVD/CD Player stopped spinning after loading only 1, 2, or 3 songs from any CD. I would then need to reboot to try to load more songs. 2) The Vista 64-bit architecture made it impossible for me to use the software for my existing multi-function printer/scanner/fax...."
