"I have owned Garmin products since GPS first Came out in the market. I have heard horrible reviews of magellan so I kept away from that and saved me the effort not to make a mistake. The best thing I like about this is the fact that EVERYTHING you need is in this portable device. "The "keyboard" portion is NOT set up as a traditional keyboard on a computer - rather it is just the alphabet in order - so it makes inputing an address a bit more time consuming. Also, there are some quirks in the directions. If you are in an unfamiliar city, it doesn't always give you enough of a warning of an upcoming turn in enough time to get in proper lane.
