"Had to return two of these. First one wouldn't charge. The USB Cable wouldn't fit right. Overstock was really great and sent a replacement. Well, the second one charged, but we couldn't load any music. I'm sorry, but for the money, you shouldn't have to have an engineers degree to use an MP3 player.
