"Received the product and it looked great but couldnt adjust the monitors at all. Tried lowering the monitors and tightening the tension screw but it did absolutely nothing. Same with the tilt mechanism. Dont buy this product. A complete waste. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. "

"Stand was easy to put together, adjustment for tilting monitors worked great. Vertical placement mechanism did not work as the tensioner screw had no effect and monitors could not be lowered, they always pop up to top of stand. not sure if it is a design flaw or a manufacturing defect. "
