"I bought this radio for my daughter for her preschool graduation gift. She is 5 and she masters the controls and the cd player. Some of the other reviews said the sound was low...hello do you really want a childs radio to be so loud. I think this radio has great volume. "Our daughter used this player frequently in the 3 months she had it. She loved that it was pink, she loved the flashing lights when you pressed the jewel button, she loved her princess music over and over and over again. "Although reviews were mixed, I bought this last Xmas for my 4 year old. She treated it well and despite that, just like others said, the CD player stopped playing the other day. The radio works still and the buttons are easy for her to use, but without the CD player she's not interested. "
