"I basically use PC for e-mails and looking up info. I am also an avid game player and have about 60 games I play. I am not only technically challenged, I am close to totally computer illiterate. I wish "help" instructions were not so complicated...via terms used...so that any time I need to "learn" to do something I am so frustrated that I become quite upset...all instructions, booklets, on-line instructions ..."
