Freight damage twice

"This Screen came to me quickly but I was very disappointed to find it would not retract and was hanging at a slight angle. After taking one of the end caps off I found a piece of loose plastic and broken end cap that holds one end of the screen. There was absolutely no visible damage to the box it came in and all the packing was in place. I contacted Overstock.com and they quickly sent out a replacement screen a..." Read Full Review »
