Water "RESISTANT" NOT waterproof

"It is kind of unfir that I have to give these a 3 star rating. It should actually be a 2 star. The reason being is I ordered these for my boat. This item is mis-represented because when I got them the box they came in from the manufacturer plainly says "Water Resistant" and when I looked at the manual it says "These speakers are water resistant and they are NOT waterproof".
