"I have two of these cards and 8 CMOS camera's in an old AMD box with a XP2000 proc. & 300W power supply. When all setup they work great and they are running 24-7. Caution: preload the drivers and install only one card at a time with a reboot in-between each. ALSO: DO NOT HOT PLUG THE VIDEO and POWER CONNECTIONS! "It was easy to set up and get running. Right now it has been running on a dedicated security computer and has been running for about 2 months and have had no problems with it. I use the motion detection during the day and the manual recording at night and have had no problems. I am using a 800Mhz P3, 256Mb ram, 64Mb MX400 video card, 300 Gig hard drive and XP home.
